🌿 A monthly Yoga Workshop for Stress Management, Relaxation & Contemplation 🌿
Take a pause from the busyness of life and gift yourself this nourishing workshop designed to restore balance to body, mind, and spirit.
We begin with a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra meditation to invite calm and presence, followed by 30 minutes of gentle yoga to release tension and reconnect with your body. The session continues with a 30-minute Dharma talk, offering reflection for cultivating peace and mindfulness in daily life.
Afterwards, stay and enjoy a cup of tea with the yoga community. Please feel welcome to bring along a healthy snack to share.
