Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a form of guided relaxation that induces a state of deep of relaxation and conscious awareness, often descibed as being between waking and sleeping (hypnagogic state). It involves lying down and being led through visualizations and breath awareness, aiming to calm the nervous system and promote a sense of well-being.
