Yin
Yin penetrates deep into connective tissue expanding flexibility while invigorating the energy centres of the body (nadis) to release blockages and increase your energy flow.
The practice of Yin trains us in the habit of slowing down, paying attention and listening. 
Yin is great for reducing stress in the body and mind.
Holding poses without distraction for several minutes teaches us to relax, we begin to release tension that is deeply engrained in our muscles.

Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided mediataion also know as "yogic sleep" or efffortless relaxation.
The practice draws your attention inward, and you float between the states of wakefulness and asleep, where your body finds it's natural state of equilibrium.
The breath becoames quiet, and we fall into an innate state of deep, blissful awareness.
