Chair Yoga is a modified yoga practice where poses are adapted for a seated position, making it suitable for people of all ages, fitness levels, and abilities, including those with mobility limitations. 

This type of yoga can help improve posture by encouraging proper alignment and engaging the 
muscles that support the spine.

Focusing on the same core principles of yoga as traditional floor yoga whilst staying present in the moment. 

Chair Yoga is a great way to gently stretch and strengthen muscles, improve posture, and reduce stress. 

Our Chair Yoga Instructor Beth-Marie offers a welcoming and supportive environment for 
all levels to experince these benefits. 

In her sessions you will be exploring gentle postures, breathing techniques and mindful movement, 
all while using the chair for stability.

This class offers a gentle way to improve your physical and mental well-being.
