An invitation to slow down, connect with your body and breath, and to tend to yourself with kindness and compassion. This “Mini Retreat” is a deeper / extended version of our weekly “Yoga to Nurture and Soothe” sessions.
Grounding yoga practice to nurture and soothe, including very gentle movement, yin and restorative yoga poses, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and finish with an extended guided meditation.
Each Mini Retreat will be different and may include an opportunity for reflection – Journalling prompts, oracle cards etc.
Taking time out for self -care, nourishing the mind body and spirit are necessary to keep us healthy, and will have a positive impact on ourselves and those around us.
