Mat Pilates is the perfect mix of low-impact mobility and strength exercises. Mat Pilates makes use of your body weight as the primary source of resistance.

In a 1-hour Mat Pilates class, you'll:
  • Improve your flexibility, strength and posture
  • Lengthen your muscles
  • Help reduce stress and anxiety
Doing Pilates alongside yoga can enhance your yoga practice by significantly improving your core strength, body awareness, posture, and alignment, thanks to Pilates' focused attention on deep core engagement and precise muscle activation, which can greatly benefit your yoga poses and transitions; additionally, Pilates can also help increase your flexibility and range of motion, allowing you to deepen stretches in your yoga practice.
