Nurture and soothe your nervous system with a blissful practice that includes:
very gentle movement, yin/restorative poses, breathwork, mindfulness/meditative practices and yoga nidra.
This class creates a sense of equilibrium and harmony. You will leave feeling calm, peaceful, well rested and deeply relaxed.
