Every season is a reminder that nothing lasts forever. Everything has a moment of creation and destruction, all are equally beautiful and majestic in nature.

Honoring change is vital for a deeper understanding of ourselves. We, too, must change and let things fall off and regrow to evolve as humans.

As winter settles in; and the sunny days shorten, slow down a little, take some deep calming breaths and nourish your bodies with some Yin yoga love and kindness.

In the space and quietude that our Winter Yin Yoga Immersion offers, we can develop the relationship with our inner world. We can process and let go of how life has affected us. We can get clear on our deep motivations; reconnect with the Self that is less swayed by the comings and goings of life.

The slow-paced meditative Yin Yoga will impact the deeper connective tissues allowing for an infusion of blood, prana and chi flow to revitalize the joints, hydrate and soften the tissues; and stimulate the organs of the body, enhancing healing, joint mobility and flexibility.
