Calm Yoga is a deliberately slow paced class with a goal to strengthen weak muscles, increase joint mobility, boost circulation and improve musculoskeletal function. This class will nourish your body, mind and soul including some meditation and relaxation. 

Rachel's Calm Yoga class is infused with her knowledge and experience as a yoga therapist, remedial massage therapist, meditation, yoga and mat Pilates teacher.
