60 minute slow paced class, ideal if you are new to yoga or looking to get back to basics. In this class you will learn safe alignment and how to link the breath to movement.

Even if you have a regular yoga practice this gentle class is great for cultivating a ‘Beginners Mind’ – revisiting essential alignment points, flow and breath work principles.
